This mould is ideal if you want to venture into the domain of filled chocolates.
You can fill this mould at first with enough chocolate mass to cover the ground and the sides. After the mass has set enough you can add your filling and cover it afterwards with some more of the chocolate mass.
Then put it in the freezer compartment and wait some minutes until the mass is sufficiently solid. What you get are finely filled surprise chocolates.
Of course you can also fill the mould completely with chocolate and add some adornment by covering the chocolate with toppings afterwards. Or try to cover a nut with almond cream and dip it into the liquid chocolate mass!
