Classy and individual chocolate: make your own chocolate from five pure and organic basic ingredients: unroasted cocoa beans, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, vanilla and agave syrup.
In not more than 20 minutes you make your own original chocolate creations with 75% cocoa content. Pure love in different sizes!
What is the storage life of the ingredients and do I have to use them up at once?
Don't worry, the expiration date of the ingredients is three months after the packing has been opened for the first time. You do not have to use them up at once for making chocolate.
I have agave syrup at home. Why can't I buy the other ingredients separately?
Countless cocoa powders, agave juices and cocoa butters all have their individual slightly different tastes. Replacing one ingredient may affect the ideal carefully composed chocolate taste. This would be a pity, wouldn't it? We make sure for each carefully combined batch that all ingredients are carefully matched for you.
How much chocolate can I make with one set?
This depends on the chocolate mould and the size of the set. Using the medium set and mould No. 1 you get approximately 60 wafers and using mould No. 4 you get approximatetely 15 bars.
Is it really that simple? I normally can't even boil water in the kettle.
As long as you take your time to slowly melt the cocoa butter and avoid that water gets into the melted mass, nothing will go wrong. If you are capable of making a cake with the help of a baking mixture, making your own chocolate will be mere child's play. Just try it first with a smaller quantity if you have any doubt.
